“I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.”
Ezekiel 11:19
I have been undone by this promise of God to his people who are undeniably surrendered to him.
Are we bowed before the King of kings? … or our we bowed before our screens, our agendas, our entitlement, our comforts, our opinions, our dreams, our own self? Are our hearts hardened to the holiness of our God because we’ve given ourselves to everything but him?
What have we compromised to preserve our comfort? Have we filled our days with meaningless distraction because being disengaged is just so… easy? How divided has our attention become in the clutter of our world?
Isn’t he worthy of everything?
We need his holiness to slow us down and soften our hearts…to save us from ourselves.
His holiness is an invitation for us to be set apart- set apart for our souls to know freedom and truth- set apart to encounter real love.
Maybe you feel empty, or numb, or broken, or worn out. Maybe your heart feels like stone.. because the source of life has been cut off from the very depths of who you were created to be by the very things you’ve chased to fill the void. When we turn our attention, our worship, our praise to the God who gives life, there is freedom for our heart to beat again, to burn for him, to be a fragrance of his beauty and love.
We have to choose him though. We have to be the ones to surrender to see our walls fall. He is so good, and a heart of stone will never compare to a heart that beats with the sound of heaven.

The original “Undivided Heart” is an acrylic painting created on 36” x 48” archival canvas mounted on 1.5 thick stretcher bars and is sealed with a varnish to protect the artwork. Turnaround time for original painting is an average of one week.
THICK GALLERY WRAPPED PAINTING PRINTS:
Gallery Wrapped Canvas reproductions are made to order by a third party printer on low gloss artisan archival canvas and mounted on 1.5” thick wood stretcher bars. Canvas prints have a black archival backing with a metal sawtooth for hanging. Canvas prints are smudge and scratch resistant. Expected turnaround time for canvas prints is an average of two weeks.
ARCHIVAL CANVAS PAPER PRINT:
Archival paper reproductions are printed by a third party printer on high quality acid free matte paper and embossed with a canvas texture. (Paper weight - 230 g, 9.5-mil) Turnaround time for paper prints is an average of two weeks.
SATIN POSTER PAPER PRINT:
Poster prints are made to order by a third party printer on a classic satin finish paper. Poster prints are a more affordable option for larger size prints. Turnaround time for poster prints is an average of two weeks.
